DTG printing is an amazing way to print vibrant graphic tees as it can print multiple colors at once directly to the garment but the garment requires special care. Wash your item in cold water inside out with MILD detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach (gain pods and other pods may contain/do contain fabric softener), tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Trendsetter Boutique is not responsible for any damage to an item as there is no way of knowing if wash instructions were followed.

What is your shipping policy?

Trendsetter Boutique, Inc. is proud to partner with USPS for all shipping accommodations.
*All shipping rates are based on USPS shipping times as well as package weight*
STANDARD SHIPPING - Transit time is 5-7 business days within the continental United States, not including holidays. (Most items are shipped with standard shipping)
MOST items arrive 2-3 days once shipped
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be filled and placed the following business day.
Free Shipping: Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free shipping!

Need To Make A Return?
Effective March 1, 2023 we will be changing our Refund Policy to be for items postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Our Store Credit Policy will remain unchanged.
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, select the option that best suits your needs!

What items qualify as returnable?
ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
- Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
- Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras) and Face Masks
- Jewelry
- Bralettes
- Swimsuits
- Bodysuits
- Hair Accessories
- Hats and Beanies
- Body Lotion, Tanner, or Any Items Requiring Application
- Any items marked 20% off or more at time of sale
- Gift cards
What is your policy for damaged items?
**Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item** Please email us at lane@shoptrendsetterboutique.com with photos for validity.
Damaged items, with valid proof, are eligible for a full refund to be given back to the customer’s credit card on file.
